I’m Aaron, the guy who’s been geeking out over trichomes, terpenes, and cannabinoids for over 20 years. My journey into cannabis started with something deeply personal: helping my grandmother, who had Parkinson’s, find the relief she needed. That experience ignited a passion for helping people, and it’s the same passion that drives everything we do here at UB Good Labs.

At my core, I’m old-school. I believe in the integrity of the plant and respect for every step of the process. From seed to oil, were hands-on with each product, ensuring that what we create is something you can trust—something that truly makes a difference.

My experience in cannabis goes way back—well before the industry hit the mainstream. I’ve been part of the traditional market for two decades, long before legalization opened up the space we see today. From the very beginning, I’ve been immersed in every aspect of the plant, its cultivation, and its potential to help people.

Fast forward to today, and I’ve had the privilege of earning 48+ industry awards, introducing Nevada’s first solventless vape pen in 2018, and building a career around creating hash products that deliver incredible flavor, and all the good stuff cannabis has to offer. Along the way, I’ve served as COO for The Source Dispensaries in Nevada, launched the Camp brand, and helped build One Orijin in Ohio from the ground up.

But at the heart of it all, what drives me isn’t just success—it’s the opportunity to create products that offer a healthier alternative to pharmaceuticals and help people discover the wellness benefits of cannabis.

But I couldn’t do it alone.
